• Passengers must report at the ferry terminal at least 60 minutes before departure.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for check-in.
• Check-in counters close 30 minutes prior to departure. Late arrivals may not be allowed to board.
• Passenger name on the ticket must exactly match the name on the ID proof.
• Baggage allowance and restrictions are subject to the ferry operator’s policy.
• The ferry operator reserves the right to deny boarding in case of non-compliance with safety or documentation requirements.
