Sequro Travel. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Use of Website
- You must be at least 6 months old to use our services
- You agree to provide accurate and genuine information
- Any misuse, fraud, or illegal activity will lead to account suspension
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Prices may change based on service provider rules
- Full payment must be completed to confirm any booking
- Sequro Travel acts as an aggregator between users and service providers
3. Cancellation & Refund
Key Details on Ferry Refund Policies:
- Time-Based Penalties: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance usually incur minor documentation charges, whereas those within 24 hours often result in 50% to 100% loss of the ticket price.
- Operator-Initiated Cancellations: If a ferry is cancelled due to adverse weather or technical problems, passengers are usually entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Non-Refundable Scenarios: "No-show" tickets or tickets cancelled within a very short window (e.g., 24 hours) are typically non-refundable.
- Processing Times: Refunds generally take 10–15 working days to be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Service Provider Responsibility
- Airlines, hotels, bus and ferry operators are solely responsible for their services
- Sequro Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues
- Any dispute related to service quality must be raised directly with the provider
5. Baggage Policies
- Carrying prohibited items such as weapons, inflammables, firearms, drugs, liquor, or smuggled goods is strictly prohibited.
- Maximum baggage allowance is 15 kg per passenger.
- Excess baggage may be allowed at additional charges as per Sequro Travel rules.
- Sequro Travel is not responsible for loss or damage to passenger luggage.
- Passengers are advised to carry valuables and medicines with them.
- Passengers with medical conditions travel at their own risk.
6. User Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger details are correct before booking
- Carry valid ID proof during travel
- Follow all rules of the airline, hotel, or transport operator

7. Limitation of Liability
Sequro Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from the use of our services, including loss of data, profit, or opportunity.
8. Account Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity
- Fake bookings, fraud attempts, or system abuse may lead to permanent ban
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials on this website are the property of
Sequro Travel and cannot be copied without permission.
10. Lost & Found Policy
- The organization is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
- Found items should be reported or handed over to the Lost & Found desk / customer support as soon as possible.
- Lost items, if recovered, will be kept for a maximum of 30 days from the date they are found.
- Owners must provide valid identification and proof of ownership to claim lost items.
- Unclaimed items after the holding period will be disposed of or donated at the organization’s discretion.
- Perishable items, valuables, or sensitive items may be disposed of earlier for safety or security reasons.
- The organization reserves the right to refuse claims if ownership cannot be verified.
11. Reservation Policy
As per Sequro Travel policy, reservations can be made a maximum of 15 days in advance.
12. Prohibited Items Policy
The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted,
stored, or returned under the Lost & Found policy:
- Weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, sharp objects, ammunition)
- Explosives, fireworks, flammable or combustible materials
- Illegal substances, narcotics, drugs, or related paraphernalia
- Hazardous chemicals, toxic or radioactive materials
- Alcohol, tobacco products, or e-cigarettes (where restricted)
- Perishable food items or liquids
- Large batteries, power banks (above permitted capacity), or fuel containers
- Items that pose a security, health, or safety risk
- Any item prohibited by local, state, or central government laws
If such items are found, they may be confiscated and handed over to the
appropriate authorities without prior notice. The organization will not
be liable for any loss or damage related to prohibited items.
13. Policy Updates
Sequro Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

14. Disputes Policy
In the event of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana only.
